Chili

 
                                  Ingrediente:
                                                       -500g carne tocata de vita
                                                       -2 cepe taiate marunt
                                                       -1 kg fasole boabe neagra fiarta sau din conserva
                                                       -500g rosii taiate marunt
                                                       -1 cana bulion
                                                       -1 lingurita pudra de chimin
                                                       -1lingurita pudra de chili (sau boia )
                                                       - sare si piper dupa gust
                                                       -1 cub knorr
                                                       -1 lingura ulei
                                                       -cilantro taiat marunt (optional)
                                                       -salata verde taiata fasii (optioal)
                                                       -smantana ( optional )
                                                       -cipsuri de porumb
Modul de preparare :- calesti ceapa in ulei , adaugi carnea si le calesti impreuna ,


-cand carnea e rumenita se adauga fasolea +rosiile +bulionul+chiminul +sarea+piperul+boiaua+cubul knor se amesteca si adauga doua cani de apa ,lasi sa de-a in clocot ,acoperi oala si fierbi la foc mic o ora pana se imbina toate aromele .Se serveste cu cilantro verde taiat marunt ,fasii de salata verde ,smantana si cipsuri de porumb ,sau cum iti place tie :P




asa arata cand e gata ,apa scade si ramane doar putin lichid

                                                      Este delicios ! Trebuie sa il incerci !
